Walk For Our Children 2017

Aztech staff and family members participated in the walkathon cum charity carnival held at Chinese Garden on 30 July 2017. A total sum of S$3,090 have been raised by Aztech Group and employees for the Singapore Children’s Society through the sales of carnival coupons and food stall sales.

Blood Donation Drive 2017

Aztech conducts an Annual Blood Donation Drive to do our part to increase the blood deposits in Singapore. Aztech employees reported at Health Sciences Authority on 18 August 2017  to make the donation.

Internship Programme

Aztech provides hands-on training in the day-to-day business environment with career and professional development in mind. It offers meaningful local and overseas internship programme for students to enhance learning and to acquire industry knowledge, overseas exposure and cultural interaction. Students can look forward to a holistic and enriching experience in our diverse business environment. In 2017, Aztech hosted a total of 34 students from various tertiary institutions.

Organic Farm by Science Park

Aztech Hong Kong staff participated in a series of hands-on trainings and workshops provided by experts in urban farming organized by Science Park in November 2017. Conducted at the Science Park, Hong Kong, the activity is intended to instil the importance of a greener environment via gardening and sustainable living habits.

Talent Recruitment & Retention

Aztech continues to participate in campus recruitment fairs and overseas recruitment to attract talent, in addition to online, print job posting, and staff referral scheme. Long Service Awards are given to staff who served the company for at least 5 years. We also reward employees fairly based on their ability, performance, contribution and experience. Periodic review of employees' performance and career development are also conducted. Employees are provided with appropriate training to be better equipped to contribute at optimal levels and contribute effectively to Group's performance.
