Sales Manager (Telco)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide good account servicing to existing customers to grow the sales
  • Seek to secure new customers in new assigned countries to expand on sales of Aztech range of Telecom products
  • Sales Channel: Sales of Aztech Telecom products to Telco and ISP
  • Able to secure design win/sales in Telco/ISP on our Aztech Telecom products

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Business Administration/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant sales experience preferably with experience in dealing with Telco/ISP or System Integrator to the Telecom segment
  • Good understanding of local (Philippines) market requirements
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful, insightful and has good business acumen
  • Independent, possess high drive to excel, keen to learn and team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Results-oriented with a high level of integrity and trust
  • Position will be based in Philippines Office

Technical Writer

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain user manuals and installation guides for Aztech Home and Datacom products
  • Collaborate with the engineers, service centre staffs and customers on the technical documentation requirements
  • Create the product manual and transfer to production
  • Organize and update documentation when required
  • Create product Marketing Bulletin and Brochures
  • Research and develop product and technology white papers

Requirements :

  • Good English Proficiency
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in writing user manuals and quick installation guides
  • Experience in developing technical guides and presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Knowledge in using Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign
  • Knowledge in the latest software publishing tools and processes
  • High interest in high tech consumer, multimedia, computer and networking product trends
  • Able to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer/Communications/Engineering/Mass Communications
  • Background in E-Knowledge Management will be highly considered
  • Background in web page design and database is a plus

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely support and resolve technical issues for potential customers
  • Interact with customers and R&D team to address root cause and provide solution to issues
  • Work closely with sales to ensure product design win with customers
  • Studies into customer business and guide customer on Aztech solution and our products features

Requirements :

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Computers or Electronics
  • Good knowledge in computer, networking and consumer electronics
  • Hands-on experience with networking products and devices
  • Should be able to operate well under tight pressure
  • Analytical mind-set ; problem solver, troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
